A Marubeni-led consortium has reached financial close on two offshore wind farms totalling 140MW in Japanese waters.

Offshore wind will constitute 25% of total wind demand in 2028, up from 10% in 2019, according to new figures from Wood Mackenzie.

Wind Energy Pro has successfully secured an order for a solar power plant in the Republic of Armenia, the plant is scheduled to be delivered in end of March 2021.
